KAL would like to once again thank all our customers for their continued support during this challenging period. Unfortunately, government guidance now requires all KAL facilities to once again close during our move into Lockdown, beginning on Tuesday 5th January.
KAL continue to be committed to providing a COVID-secure environment for customers to be safe and active in and will be ready to reopen as soon as guidance allows.
We understand customers will have queries regarding their payments and subscriptions; please see the following information in relation to specific products.
Fitness Memberships / KAL KLUB Swimming Lessons / Tennis and KAL Swim Performance
All memberships will be frozen during the closure
Customers DO NOT need to contact us; we will do this automatically.
If your Direct Debit payment is due on 8th January, unfortunately, due to the short notice provided by government, we were unable to stop this payment and this will
have be en collected as normal; however we will ensure that any period paid for will be taken into consideration when we re-open. Please do not cancel your Direct Debit, as this may result in additional administration charges from our Direct Debit provider
Payments due from 15th January will be frozen until we can re-open.
If your membership was due to unfreeze during the closure period, it will now re-start upon reopening.
If you are in a contract membership and wish to continue to make payments to count towards your contracted payments, please contact us to arrange this.
If you are an annual paying customer your annual date will be amended on renewal.
Pay and play activities.
If you have paid in advance for any booking from Tuesday 5th January your booking will be cancelled, and you will receive a refund automatically. You do not need to contact us to request this.
To help support the physical and mental wellbeing of our customers during the lockdown period, we have the excellent YourKAL, live streaming and on demand service available, for FREE, via the KAL app.
Our Contact Centre will operate on an email only basis until further notice. We expect to receive a large volume of customer queries, so we appreciate your patience as our response times may be longer than normal. Please email email@example.com should you have any questions.
