Class reminder email. Why do you keep sending me emails when I have attended?
As a matter of courtesy to all our members, if our system shows you did not swipe in for a class which you have booked, we send a gentle reminder.
If you fail to attend 5 classes or more in a calendar month, there will be a temporary booking restriction applied to your account. This means you will not be able to pre-book any classes during this time.
To ensure you don’t receive an email when you did attend a class, please ensure that your membership card is always swiped either at reception or at one of our card machines in the gym before any class. This will ensure our system records your attendance and will avoid any unnecessary emails.
Why can’t you book classes until 9pm?
After listening to our customer feedback our online booking times were amended from midnight to 9pm, making it a little easier for our customers.

Once this has been done, you will be able to log in anytime, anywhere and check classes, timetables, check availability for racket sports and more….
