KAL would like to thank all our customers for their continued support during this challenging period. Unfortunately, government guidance now requires all KAL facilities, including Bradley Park Golf Course, to again close during the new lockdown period, beginning on Thursday 5th November and currently scheduled to end on 2nd December.
KAL continue to be committed to providing a Covid-secure environment for customers to be safe and active in and will be ready to reopen as soon as guidance allows.
We understand customers will have queries regarding their payments and subscriptions; please see the following information in relation to specific products.
Direct Debt Subscriptions
All Direct Debit memberships will be frozen during the closure. Your next Direct Debit will not be collected. Direct Debit payments will then resume on your normal collection date from 8th December onwards, assuming that the KAL sites have reopened by this point.
Customers DO NOT need to contact us; we will do this automatically.
If your Direct Debit payment was due for 1st November, unfortunately, we were unable to stop this payment and this will have been collected as normal; your payment for 1st December will therefore not be collected.
Please do not cancel your Direct Debit, as this may result in additional administration charges from our Direct Debit provider.
Your annual subscriptions will allow you to use the facilities as soon as we re-open, we will confirm the position regarding any adjustments to pre-paid subscriptions in due course
From Thursday 5th November, our Contact Centre will operate on an email only basis until further notice. We expect to receive a large volume of customer queries, so we appreciate your patience as our response times may be longer than normal. Please email email@example.com should you have any questions.
We will keep customers updated as soon as we have any further information regarding reopening. Please visit www.kalstaysafe.co.uk or follow us on social media for details.
Thank you again for your fantastic support, patience, and co-operation at this hugely challenging time. We look forward to welcoming you back as soon as we can.
Please Stay Healthy: Stay Safe.
