Monday (Connect) Try a virtual pub quiz
Staying connected is imported during these crazy times and a healthy bit of competition between friends and family can be key to a good laugh a mental break from TV and keeping those cogs ticking away!
The Virtual Pub Quiz is a free to join quiz on YouTube that happens every week at 20:15 on Thursday every weeks after the ‘Clap for our Heroes’.
After the quiz, Facetime or Zoom your friends and discuss the quiz and your scores.

Tuesday (Get Active) - Run Education
We wanted to support everyone taking up their daily exercise outside & started running.
Firstly, well done, running can be a challenge if you’re new to it but if you stick with it you’ll notice a change in your fitness levels in no time.
We have created this short guide to help you get started and also included some foods you can try, which are perfect for runners!
Wednesday (Give) - Do something good today
Kindness costs nothing and can mean so much to people!
Here are some examples of how to brighten up someone’s day and in turn brighten up yours!
A good deed a day can make friendships and relationships more likely to stay.
Clap for our Heroes, send a text or just wave and smile at the family next door.
Thursday (Keep Learning) - #ThisIsPE
#ThisIsPE is designed to support parents and teachers to educate and entertain primary school children at home during the school closures.
There are a lot of high-profile exercise videos available, but far less genuine physical education. Each #ThisIsPE activity is designed to be fun, replicable at home, and can be done with things you can find around the house. All videos come from current PE teachers, or PE teachers now working elsewhere in the sector.
This is PE is a free to use to help you deliver specific PE sessions at home with the kids from Yorkshire Sport.
Lets kick it off with some throwing (maybe there’s an adult that needs to take part too!)

We have said this a few times, but it bears repeating – looking after your mental health is so important.
